We ask a few questions about the day and the flavours you love, then bake to that.

At the table

Six slices, tea and coffee, and time to compare textures without hurrying.

Notes

We write everything down — the combination you keep returning to usually wins.

After

You leave with the remaining slices and we send a proposal within a few days.
