What to expect

Four to eight sweets, chosen so textures and colours sit quietly beside each other.

Styling

Ivory ceramics, linen and a few seasonal stems — we bring the props and the patience.

Quantity

Two to three pieces per guest, adjusted for the time of day and the rest of the menu.

Setup

Arranged on site an hour before service, so everything is fresh when the doors open.
